Opinion column: Chris Hemsworth, the Australian actor known for his roles in Thor and Avengers: Endgame, has been making headlines recently for his unique approach to longevity. In an interview with a popular health and wellness magazine, Hemsworth revealed that he has been incorporating two unexpected exercises into his workout routine: booty bands and breath work.

According to Hemsworth, he discovered the benefits of booty bands during a recent trip to Bali. “I was doing some yoga and I noticed these little bands being used by the instructor,” he explained. “I asked her about them and she told me they were great for strengthening the glutes and improving flexibility. I’ve been using them ever since.”

Booty bands are lightweight, elastic bands that can be used to perform a variety of exercises, including glute bridges, lunges, and squats.

Hemsworth has been incorporating these exercises into his workout routine, which he claims has helped him maintain his youthful appearance. “As an actor, you’re constantly working and traveling, which can take a toll on your body,” he said.
